Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Chimney is original to the lamp. Chimney has a small chip on the top lip. Shade has a number of small chips at top and bottom lips. Lamp and burner are in near mint condition. Please see photos.
Details: Classic 1930's Beehive design lamp with tall, fluted foot and horizontally-ribbed reservoir. Clear, grass-green depression glass, referred to as "green crystal". Base has 6 low-profile feet on bottom edge. Nu-Type, model B nickel burner with round wick, shade arms incorporated into burner assembly. Original Aladdin lock-on chimney. White-glazed, paneled shade typical of those used on Aladdin lamps, may be original. Wick knob stamped with "MANTLE LAMP CO. CHICAGO, ILL. NU-TYPE Model B Aladdin PATENTS PENDING MADE IN U.S.A". Nickel cap on reservoir operational.
