Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization Number and a secure shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton with all included appraisals or certificates.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to ensure the antique is fully insured during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jeweler verifies the item's condition against our records, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
