Dimensions:Ā 1 1/2" Tall x 2" Long x 1 1/2" Wide
Condition:Ā Excellent pre-owned condition. No chips, cracks, or crazing. Hinge is fairly stiff but functions as it should. Lid latches properly, but does not close completely leaving a tiny gap at the seam, common with handmade trinket boxes. Please see photos.Ā
Details:Ā Small white porcelain egg-shaped box painted in electric blue with gold flourishes.Ā Lid has a central floral design of pink roses and green leaves surrounded by gold flourishes and electric blue. Inside top and bottom are decorated with on sprig in gold.Ā Hinged metal frame gilt, with a metal daisy clasp.Ā Stamped on bottom "LIMOGES FRANCE" with "decor main" hand drawn in black under the glaze.
