Condition: Excellent pre-owned antique condition. Minor surface scratching/utensil marks can be seen in the bowl. Any signs of wear are very minimal and consistent with age and gentle use. Please see photos.Ā 

Details: Antique porcelain charger with significant weight. Made in Japan in the Imari style circa 1900, decorated with a dynamic marine scene of three ships under sail surrounded by waves. Pine trees, mountains, and flowers enhance the stylized "patchwork" rim. The reverse side features a simple linear floral design with the center back marked with Japanese characters.Ā Imari style porcelain gains its name from the Japanese port from which it was shipped from beginning the late 17th century.Ā
