Colored paste paper on front covers in varying conditions, some nearly perfect, others showing signs of wear.Ā Strong bindings on all books with the exception of a handful of loose pages. Pages are yellowed with minor foxing throughout consistent with age and use with a few few minor tears. Please see photos.Ā
Details: Light green cloth covered hard back books with colorful and beautifully illustrated endpapers.Ā Pages show very minor darkening near edges.Ā Spines on all volumes faded to mid-brown, with titles largely legible.Ā All spines decorated with a silhouette of a child reading under a tree, with a castle in the background clouds.Ā Beautifully illustrated with photographs, color plates, and black and white illustrations by well-known illustrators and artists. Each volume covers a specific topic with appropriate illustrations.Ā Ā
