Condition: Very good. Cover has some wear, scuffs, and frayed corners. Gilt lettering on cover and spine is completely intact with little wear. Spine covering has tears at the top and bottom. Pages are yellowed with minor foxing throughout. The year "1858" is written in pencil on the inside cover and copyright pages, as well as a name on the title page. All pages are intact apart from the back flyleaf which is torn. Given its age, this book is in pleasantly useable condition and not too brittle to handle or read.Ā 

Details: 19th century book providing a variety of "amusements" for entertaining guests including parlor tricks, dramatic charades, and games.Ā
