Details:  The oyster forks in this set are marked “TIFFANY & CO. STERLING” followed by the letter “M” which represents the last initial of the company’s president at the time, John C. Moore. This mark was used from 1907 to 1947. The mark on the cheese server indicates an even older date of 1870 - 1891. Its stamps read “TIFFANY & CO. / MAKERS / STERLING” followed by a very faint letter “M” indicating John C. Moore’s predecessor, Edward C. Moore.Â
Each piece is monogrammed with a Serif-style “P” at the base of the handle.
