Dimensions: 16.5” Dia Backplate w/ 12” Dia Glass (5.25” Deep with dogs in locking position)Â
Condition: Excellent. These were professionally restored in the mid 1970s and have only minor scratches on the glass as to be expected.
Details: Salvaged from the Norfolk shipyard in the early 1970’s, this is a rare matching pair of 1940's US Naval Ship portholes. The porthole itself is made of solid brass, along with the 4 bolt loop locks (dogs). These are very heavy!
