Make: Dial by Walker & Hughes (Nottingham), case. by R. Nott (American, is embossed on the bottom side of the bell)
Age: 1812-1825
Construction: MahoganyÂ
Dimensions: 19” W x 9 1/4” D
Condition: Serviced by our local antique clock serviceman. Running keeping time. Â Calendar has not been tested for accuracy. Front face and glass have cracks.Â
Details: 8-Day movement with hand painted arch dial & date calendar.  Has a Great Western Railway (United Kingdom) sticker on the inside back of the cabinet. We were told by the owner that the original crack came from the GWR transport by a family member in the late 1800’s. We decided to keep the cracks rather than replace the glass because of the interesting story. Some of the cracks are definitely more current.Â
